Swimming is a great way to relax and, at the same time, improve your overall fitness. It is quite a technical sport and requires attention to various aspects involving your stroke, your position in the water, your breathing etc.

An IRONCOACH video analysis will identify your strengths but will also help you improve your technique so you swim more efficiently. We believe that a mix of technique and fitness work brings about the best results.

So in every training session we make sure you have a balance of the 2 elements - technique and fitness. If you are a triathlete we recommend a third component in every session: specific open water training. If you combine those three elements you'll get your swimming to the next level.
