Even though it is a smooth, non-weight bearing sport, it involves many more muscle groups than ‘just’ the legs. It engages the core of the body as well and makes for a great way to gain fitness.

At IRONCOACH we will help you fit your bike to your individual needs. Once you are comfortably seated on your bike, we will develop training plans with you that will allow you to achieve your goals. Those plans contain a balanced mix of endurance, cardiovascular fitness and strength sessions.
