As a coach, my work is guided by three core principles: individualization, consistency, and long-term development. Every athlete brings a unique mix of physiology, life demands, and ambition. My role is to meet you where you are and guide you forward with clarity and purpose.
I design training programs grounded in exercise science, centred on you and continuously refined as your training and life evolve. After more than two decades in endurance sports, I’ve learned that lasting progress doesn’t come from short bursts of hard work—it comes from consistent, intelligent training over time. The finish line matters, but what matters more is the athlete you are still becoming long after race day.
I am an IRONMAN-certified triathlon coach with 20+ years of experience as both an athlete and a coach. My racing background includes:

- 12 Ironman races, with multiple podiums, top-10 finishes, and World Championship qualifications
- Around 20 Half-Ironman 70.3 races, with podiums, top-10 finishes, and World Championship qualifications
- Several ultra-trail marathons exceeding 100 km
- More than 20 marathons and numerous half-marathons
- Two open-water ultra-swims (33.3 UltraSwim)
- ÖTILLÖ Swimrun (total 6 km open-water swimming and 37 km trail running with 1,300 m elevation gain)
This experience has taught me how to train efficiently, perform at a high level, and reach the start line prepared—without compromising career, family, or long-term health.
My goal is simple: to share my passion for endurance sports and help you progress in a sustainable, meaningful way. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing your limits as an ambitious age-grouper, your development remains the priority.
